Pricing that attacks the real estate frankenstack
Blazar is priced like infrastructure for a real estate brokerage - not a $49 seat that still forces you to keep five other platforms. Founding pilots lock early economics while we finish production hardening with real volume.
Waitlist
For brokerages exploring timing and fit.
No charge to join
- Product updates
- Stack savings sketch
- Pilot invitation when seats open
- No spam dialers. Ever.
Founding pilot
Limited real estate brokerages. White-glove migration. Direct builder access.
Target: well under a typical multi-vendor stack
- Full platform access as modules ship
- Migration plan + onboarding workshops
- Brokerage + agent site fleet
- Jarvis with audit policies
- Founding rate lock window
- Priority roadmap influence
Growth
After pilots - standardized tiers by agent count.
Published after pilot cohort
- Standard onboarding
- Usage-based seat bands
- Optional premium support
- Same OS - broader rollout
We publish transparent ranges as soon as pilot unit economics are proven. If a vendor quote is required for your ownership meeting, request it on the waitlist form - we’ll respond with a written pilot proposal, not a bait price.
What “savings” actually means
Savings only count when a vendor is cancelled. Blazar’s job is to make cancellation safe.
1. Map
List every tool, seat, and annual fee. Mark which Blazar module replaces it and when.
2. Parallel run
Run critical paths in both systems until managers trust the new OS.
3. Cancel
Turn off the old bill. Capture the savings. Don’t pay double forever.
